Kari Bachle - Administrative Operations Manager

Kari joined our team in January 2024. With a degree in Education from Biola University, she bring with her a diverse background working in both for-profit and nonprofit sectors. She has years of experience in event and program development, providing administrative support, and wrangling kids, adults and critters alike. As the Administrative Operation Manager at Norris Lutkewitte, she is passionate about maintaining operational efficiencies both in the office and online, as well as helping to foster a positive company culture at the firm.

When she’s not at the office, Kari enjoys reading, board games with friends, and exploring trails throughout the Pacific Northwest. She’s currently working on hiking to as many of Washington’s remaining fire lookouts as possible, and has already checked 20+ off her list.
